Today’s TheArabianMagazine.Com Photo of the Day is the classical straight Egyptian stallion, Ramino.
Foaled in 1999, Ramino was bred by Peter Stoessel and owned by Yeguada Ferrero in Spain. He was sired by Zandai Aqir (Ansata Omar Halim x Ansata Exotica) and out of Egyptian Rabia (Ruminaja Ali x Bint Sahrah). Ramino won countless classes, and often stood Reserve Champion to another of our Photo of the Day stars, Al Lahab (Laheeb x The Vision HG). Pictured here with long-time handler Johanna Ullström, Ramino was a popular horse in the show-ring, and he was also a successful sire.
