What a treat today for TheArabianMagazine.Com Photo of the Day – the wonderful stallion Espano Estopa. Bred by Redwood Lodge Arabians in Australia, Espano Estopa was the Patrick family’s first foray into Europe – where he was named All Nations’ Cup Junior Male Champion and Paris World Junior Male Champion in 1998. He was sired by the one and only Om El Abadan (Carmargue x Bint Estopa) and out of Malikah Estopa (AN Malik x Estopa), giving this superlative colt two lines to the incomparable Estopa.
Tragically, Espano Estopa was taken from this earth too soon, but he left an incredible legacy behind that lives on, not only at Redwood Lodge Arabians, but the world over.
