Fresh off the back of another highly successful show in Abu Dhabi, the championship now moves forward with rising anticipation. The Abu Dhabi leg set the tone for the season, delivering outstanding competition and an electric atmosphere that reaffirmed the championship’s position as one of the region’s most prestigious Arabian horse tournaments.

With the Tour returning to its roots, Doha proudly welcomes the second stage of the Europe and Middle East series once more, underscoring its role as a global meeting point for Arabian horse heritage. Against a backdrop of striking cityscapes and the beautiful Katara shoreline, the event will honour the grace, power, and timeless tradition of the Arabian horse. With a total prize fund of US $1,050,000, the Doha stage stands among the most prestigious events of the season.

Scheduled to take place from 4-8 February 2026 at Katara, the event will bring together an outstanding selection of the world’s finest Arabian horses as they compete for championship titles. The Doha stage marks the second of thirteen stages in this year’s calendar.

Mr Bader Al-Darwish, CEO of the Global Champions Arabians Tour, commented: “Returning to Doha has a very special significance for us, as it is where the Tour started. Doha is the heart of our journey.”

The Global Champions Arabians Tour was created to celebrate the cultural legacy of the Arabian horse and place it on the world stage. At this year’s Doha event, spectators will be invited to immerse in a specially curated cultural village, offering a deeper connection to Qatari heritage.
