A wild card completes this year’s catalogue for the Purebred Arabian Sale, which takes place on Thursday, September 29, just a few days before the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe weekend.
- Consigned by Malgorzata Lojek,Polish champion TEFKIR (Lot xxx) recently took the Nagroda Europy (Gr.3 PA) in impressive fashion in Warsaw. This son of Njewman has an exceptional race record. As a three-year-old last year he won three of his four starts, while this season he won three consecutive races and finished second before winning at Gr.3 PA level. He also has an excellent pedigree, with his dam Djourella counting Gr.1 PA winners DJOURDAN, CHERIFA, RADAMES and DJEBBEL in her close family.
TEFKIR will go through the ring with an entry in the Qatar Arabian World Cup, which will take place on Sunday, October 2 at Chantilly.
